Costa's allergen data shows Wheat, Rye, Barley and Oat all marked as not present (“N”) for this item's standard recipe. This includes items Costa specifically labels “Gluten Free” on its own menu, like the Gluten Free Mozzarella & Pesto Toastie.
Important: Costa's own guidance states that all products are prepared using shared equipment in busy store environments, so it cannot guarantee any product is free from cross-contamination — even items marked gluten-free above.
