What's In It
Two shots of Costa’s Mocha Italia blend — a mix of Arabica beans for sweetness and aroma, and Robusta beans for body and crema — topped with steamed milk poured to a thin, glossy microfoam. The milk-to-coffee ratio is lower than a latte, which is why the coffee flavour comes through more strongly.
